Sailesh Balanagu specializes in Healthcare Recruiting. He is a Physiotherapist & Nutritionist with two decades of industry experience in the healthcare sector. He played various roles as a Clinician, Assistant Professor & Resource Person. Currently, he is working as a Licensed Immigration Consultant & a Recruiter in Canada.
Sailesh Balanagu understands the importance of having a qualified staff member who can blend in with the clinic’s staff and work culture, and who can also understand the values on which the clinic has been set up. Siva Sankar is our Finance & Marketing hiring manager. He has completed his Master of Business Administration, and he has over 15 years of experience across multiple domains. He has worked for top industry giants such as Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Hewlett-Packard, etc. He is an expert at handling multiple project implementations in countries like the UK, Dubai, Kuwait, Kenya, Thailand, China, and Srilanka where he gained a lot of experience in building cost-effective and accurate outsourcing service models.
His unparalleled ability to think creatively, provide timely solutions and work in a collaborative and purpose-oriented manner made him particularly effective at making strong placements for clients and candidates. He is well known for his ability to connect companies with a candidate’s desired career path. He personally mentors every candidate before setting up interviews and diligently listens to clients’ requirements and uses that knowledge to improve the service with every subsequent client’s needs. His many years in Accounting at mostly large companies bring great value to his clients. He specializes in placing mid-to-senior level IT professionals in a wide range of positions and companies across Canada. Radha Devi earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing & Finance. She has a proven industry experience of over 12 years. She started her career in 2006 and worked for companies like Franklin Templeton and ICICI. She recently joined Falcon sourcing as the hiring manager for the accounting, finance, marketing, and administrative divisions. Her unparalleled ability to think creatively, provide timely solutions and work in a collaborative and purpose-oriented manner made her particularly effective at making strong placements for clients and candidates.

Ram
Hiring Manager - Engineering Division
Ram is our hiring manager for the Engineering division. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Andhra University. He is a practicing professional engineer in Canada and also a project management professional.
Ram has immense knowledge and experience in manufacturing industry using state of the art automation solutions including robotics. He has an enviable experience in project management, engineering, and plant maintenance in oil and gas, mines and metal industries of world repute. He follows the latest technologies like machine learning, robotics etc as a passion.
Ram is a practicing engineer in Canada and a project management professional with over 30 years experience in working with global projects worth millions of dollars. He worked in multiple countries in Asia, North America, South America, Europe and had collaborated with over 50 nationalities in his career thus far. Some of the industries which got benefitted by his dynamic experience are JSW Steel, ICS Triplex, Ras Gas, Qatar Aluminium, AMEC, Fluor Corporation, MDS Aero, Symbotic etc. . He mentors internationally-trained Engineers from outside Canada to become Professional Engineers (P.Eng) in Canada by guiding them through every step of the process.
He brings with him over 3 decades of technical experience to our team. By virtue of his experience as a manager and as a senior executive, he has the innate ability to understand the needs of the organizations and match those needs by finding candidates of right technical competence and cultural fit. He thoroughly enjoys helping professionals find their next big opportunity and settle well in Canada. Ram believes that the engineers he hires will make a significant positive contribution to the employer’s organizations. He passionately unearths the untapped potential in bright young engineers and make them employable and succeed in Canada.
